Well, I guess I'll go head and say who it was (because I was technically wrong) The tag team I was referring to was Kai En Tai. I was wrong though because Taka Michinoku appears in both No Mercy and WCW/NWO World Tour (as Black Belt). I thought Funaki was in World Tour, but ironically enough they have two other members of Kai En Tai, not him
