I stuck it in the SSFIV thread because Ono, the guy that is in charge of Capcoms version, was saying it was "Bigger than SSFIV" and had posted an image of Ryus face so it looked like it would be another Street Fighter game.
The story was posted in the SSFIV thread so I thought it would be best to put this story there as well until it's officially revealed and then someone will give it is own thread.
It's not a big deal that it was posted in two places. Just means more people will know about it.
