The key points were that the audience started lower than even in bad weeks, but also declined less during the show ...

The number can't be considered good given all the brand invasion stuff that did help SmackDown ratings at first.

The three hours were:

8 p.m. 2.25 million viewers
9 p.m. 2.21 million viewers
10 p.m. 1.93 million viewers

Raw opened with 2,245,000 viewers in the first hour, which was their lowest first hour of the year. That is a remarkable statistic given that last week’s show aired on a three-day delay and opened with 2.36 million viewers.

One fan sent AEW Chief Branding Officer Brandi Rhodes a tweet saying "Did you bully Kylie out of AEW because that’s What literally everyone seems to say in private?" Rhodes would reply with the first public, on the record comments from an AEW employee outside of Tony Khan.

We feel it is important to disclose that we don't know specifically why Kylie Rae left All Elite Wrestling. As specified on our Fightful Select service, Fightful has spoken to no less than two dozen wrestlers on the matter, with various stories on the matter going around via multiple sources. It's reckless to speculate on the story, but with Rhodes going on the record publicly about a rumor, deemed it appropriate to publish.
Even former Deadspan's David Bixenspan was unable to find the reason why she left in regards to it fitting with the rumors going around regarding her departure. Also the apparent originator of these rumors is a known hated person in the IWC. That person recently had a Twitter feud with Bixenspan trying to get dirt on this situation to prove his rumors only to be told by Bix that there is none.

Tonight’s show will be an interesting look to see what is covered with Punk and more importantly, what is avoided. You would think this episode should be treated as their version of the Art of Wrestling interview from 2014 with Punk being interviewed and discussing his fallout with the company and why he agreed to join this show, which he has pointed out is a deal with Fox and not WWE. Punk’s tweet from Monday hinted that he’ll be giving his thoughts on what he’s missed over the past five-years.

Ember Moon and David Arquette will also be guests on WWE Backstage tonight.

"Trevor Murdoch is the only man that I've ever known that can strap a bucket of fried chicken on his back and ride a motor scooter across Ethiopia," Cornette said on Powerrr.

WWE wrestlers that we reached out to weren't surprised that Orton spoke up, and we're told that in regards to his controversial game stream comments, he apologized privately to at least a few members of the roster back at the WWE Smackdown debut on Fox in LA. "Randy didn't mean it, and was sorry. Hulk meant it, and was sorry he got caught" is what one wrestler has indicated to us.

One wrestler noted to us that they were just glad it was someone besides Seth Rollins, because even if he made good points, certain divisions of Twitter "have it out for him."
