You may be thinking Hinata (also my secondary in that game).

And technically yeah her team were her classmates in that game, but she has a best friend that's appeared in her win poses in the Alpha games and was prominently featured during her solo comics by UDON. If Capcom wanted to troll, she's the safe bet - fitting every qualification to a T.
