1) A judge has ruled against Nintendo in their on-going court case involving the 3D camera tech used in the 3DS with the company required to pay $15 million and an additional $3 per 3DS sold from now on to Tomita Technologies. Nintendo is currently appealing the decision.

2) Sega has officially confirmed Alien: Isolation is the next game in the Aliens series and is being developed by Creative Assembly. A few details include the game focusing on survival horror, Amanda Ripley is the main character for the game, and is inspired by the original Alien film in the sense there is only one Alien wrecking havoc in the space station.

3) Another founder of a studio owned by EA has left with the co-founders of Chillingo studio, publisher of Angry Birds, announcing they have recently left the company.
