1. You get randies...though I dont recommend it. I played a couple games with a random fill in in both duo and squad, and people dont like to talk (which is clearly key when you're sweeping buildings for loot)
2. tap LT (or RT...one of those). The game suffers from the same thing Hello Neighbor does, in that they really need to work on translating PC controls to console.
