Ric Flair is suing Legacy Talent and Entertainment -- the company that represented him for several years until he parted ways with them in September.
TMZ first reported on the lawsuit today, noting that Flair is alleging Legacy Talent and Entertainment owes him at least $46,000 after hiring a lawyer to look into his finances. Of that money, Flair is saying they didn't inform him about $25,000 they received from First Row Films, which is Rory Karpf's production company. Karpf directed ESPN's 30 for 30 documentary on Flair.
The TMZ report states that Flair also noticed a $12,000 royalty advance he never got for an endorsement deal with Jake's Fireworks. Flair says Legacy Talent and Entertainment told him they were using the money to pay legal bills when he inquired about it, something Flair denies he approved.
Shortly after his health scare earlier this year, Flair announced that he was parting ways with Legacy Talent and Entertainment and their CEO Melinda Morris Zanoni. He is now being represented by Get Engaged Media.

WWE performer David Otunga and longtime fiance Jennifer Hudson have split up and Hudson has filed a protective order against the former wrestler.
Hudson's publicists told People Magazine on Thursday that the two have been in the process of ending their relationship and she filed a protective order against him earlier in the day. The two had been a couple for nearly 10 years.
Tracy M. Rizzo, Otunga's attorney, countered to People, claiming Hudson is making up a story in order to gain custody of the couple's eight-year-old son, David Otunga Jr.

David Otunga has pulled out of appearing on the Survivor Series show (he was never advertised to appear on the show to begin with) after the bad publicity stemming from ex-girlfriend Jennifer Hudson accusing him of domestic abuse in what appears to be a child custody battle. She claims ongoing harassing and threatening behavior and that he once pushed her. In her court filings, she said they argued because he believed she was dating one of her producers and she denied that was true. She called police last night to try and get Otunga thrown out of their home. The police came and ordered him to leave the Chicago area home that she owns.

Hudson goes on to say in legal docs, on occasion David left a gun and holster on their kitchen counter. He said it was a movie prop, but Hudson says, "David knows that I am and have been very sensitive to firearms after my mother and my brother were murdered by a firearm." She says, "I believe that he left it out to taunt, intimidate and frighten me, which he absolutely accomplished."

Revolution Pro Wrestling announced Hiroshi Tanahashi for its 4/6 show in New Orleans which will be on Friday at 4 p.m.
Capitol Wrestling has inked a deal with Twitch as their live streaming partner with shows every Monday night.

Cody Walper, who was sitting ringside, noted, "They set up a spot on the floor literally right in front of me where Bobby Fish, Kyle O'Reilly and Cole all got sent into each other head-first by Ssanity and it sounded like a soda busting in a freezer. Cole bled heavily and got pulled to the back to get cleaned up. The rest of the guys did an awesome job buying time until Cole came back out (never once breaking character) and continued the match."
The Undispted Era scored the win.
PWInsider.com has confirmed with several sources that Cole required several staples to close the wound. One source believed it may have been as many as seven.

The 'Broken Matt Hardy' trademark will be published for opposition on December 19th, so any parties who want to oppose will have a 30-day period beginning from that date to file an opposition.
