fix the bug where you can't shoot/punch/heal, during combat (grenades seem to be the only offense that works in this situation)

SHOULD
barber
tattoo artist
cosmetic/cyber surgery (not expecting to be fully chromed out like Lizzy Wizzy)
mod car (better handling, speed, armour, looks)
ability to shoot from a vehicle as the driver and outside of quests
shop clothing preview window
attribute point reset

WANT
instant teleport to apartment of choice (1 day cooldown)
side games (the arcade cabinets, duh!)
quests/dialogue where clothing matters (outside of the few given for quests)
