One of the funniest things I ever saw was a junkie reaching into a bin to get cigarette butts to smoke when he started screaming and pulled his arm out coated in blue stuff.

It was fucking hilarious.
I dunno what the blue stuff was but somebody dumped it in there and he had to wipe it off with his disposable mask.
I think it must have been ice cream or milkshake or something sticky anyway.
His arm looked glossy afterwards.

Funny stuff.
