Those are the main Sherlock's of the last ten years from TV to Film. I think there's a kids comedy coming out too.

For a character that always includes action, comedy and deduction there really aren't too many more ways to play it until they pull a female Shirley Holmes out of their arses.
I mean I don't disagree, but its not even that. The jokes just aren't funny.
