Legally, its probably muddy since the whole process depends on talent willingly handing over ownership of their accounts and also agreeing to the new terms for their downsides.

If a talent says no, only real way out is WWE agreeing to their release since anything else likely leaves WWE the ability to start punishing and fining them via whatever disciplinary terms are in their contracts if they keep using their account.

WWE's whole plan assumes a talent won't just stop using Twitch or use it a lot less often since then they'd own a mostly useless account once the subs money dries up.
