It’s only “more niche” because it doesn’t have the exposure. AEW doesn’t scrape 850k viewers because it is good content. It’s because the Khans’ capital bought their way to #2. You’re entire premise of the criticism is flawed, but nice try.

Brock Lesnar, CM Punk and Ronda Rousey wouldn’t help a company long-term? You’ve been smoking the Meltzer plant for too long. Of course they would fucking help. You put Brock Lesnar vs. anybody, CM Punk vs. anybody and Ronda Rousey vs. anybody on a PPV and you’ve made three stars bigger than anyone in AEW overnight. And you know that. You’re just a mark for the smark snark.

Any wrestling product would draw as well (or as badly) as AEW. It would probably be smarter to replace it with something that isn’t wrestling, because you’d get more ad revenue out of it in the first place.
