The podcasts are very long, but they are time stamped. I always skip the Lucha section and sometimes the Japanese.

This week they are doing Jan.6-12 1986 so i'll probably listen to the whole thing.

I also subscribe to their Patreon (If you're a fan of deep dives then their patreon is worth the $5. they just did a 6 part episode on ECW on TNN and the stuff they uncover is amazing like racketeering shit they nobody has ever brought up)
