Vince would still set the overall direction for the company. He probably understands that content is probably the least important part of their business model now though. Unless you are specifically marketing your content then it's more about the vehicles you are using to get it out there. Vince can literally make the worst wrestler on his roster the WWE Champion and nothing changes. I doubt he's really concerned as to whether or not Bobby Roode is a better face or a heel. I'm sure there are a special interests he has (Roman Reigns, Ronda Rousey, Brock Lesnar, etc.), but for the most part, the WWE is a machine that just keeps rolling.
