He's still their future foreign "ace" but right now, Ospreay rightfully is the bigger star of the two. Also helps that Hiromu Takahashi's injury and KUSHIDA's departure really opened the door for Ospreay to rise even more as the top Jr star.

In regards to the Australian shows, they were advertised with Osperay, Eagles, and El Phantasmo getting top billing. Eagles mainly due to him being the big native star for the shows.
