No it didn’t. These headlines are misleading and this is why you shouldn’t be paid to think. It’s also how this “reporting” by Meltzer, Alvarez and the like should be taken to task — because idiots latch onto the twists they make as reality.

They are doing this on purpose. They want people to run away with this bullshit and put their own spin on it. I don’t know if they are getting paid, but they sure should be.
