Far as I know, Spider-Man never went back to that old continuity. Not married to MJ. Aunt May still around, never shot. More people may know who he is now, but not the world at large.

Think I read that in the comics, Peter Parker is now a wealthy billionaire mogul with a large tech company or something.....
