The character work is still miles above anything today, and its still a blast to watch all the promos. Ed Leslie had one of the most amazing voices ever BTW.

Once the bell rings though, the spectacle of big roided out dudes only goes so far for me. Even as kid, I was a hulkamaniac but my absolute favorites were Mr Perfect and Bret Hart because "their moves were cooler". Had I been an adult during that era, I probably would have been a snobby NWA fan lol
