Clevelander here, so at least locally he was basically viewed as Josh Gordon 2.0, but nowhere near as talented.

Dude got suspended in College for Sexual Assault.
The suspended license thing, he was also in possession of marijuana, which was dropped, but he still had it.
The next year he was suspended 4 games for violating the drug policy.
Then he was cut when he was suspended again, officially a 10 game suspension, including the first 3 games of 2020, for drugs again.

McMahon may have an argument that signing a player with an active NFL suspension was certainly against their policy.

The other 2 complaints, working from home during the shut down and using a company issued cell phone for personal use, there is no way those are getting him an out on the contract though.
