Trigun movie was mid at best. Same with the bebop film.

Champloo has great action but doesnt have the bite of some of the stuff that youve resonated with.

Some things id recommend to you are Dororo. The recent remake on amazon. The 60s version is still beautiful but the newest run is outstanding.

Full Metal Alchemist: Brotherhood (Not Full Metal Alchemist. Specifically Brotherhood. The original anime was made before the manga ended so they winged it. Brotherhood is the actual vision.)

Death Note.

These are pretty famous shows but theyre famous for a reason.

Some of my favs that i dunno if youd jive with but i wanna shout out anyways are Agama ga KILL!, Eden of the East, Gurren Lagann, The Future Diary, Soul Eater, Stien's;Gate, and Seven Deadly Sins.
