Apparently the company has not been paying talent money owed from merch sales, which is guaranteed in their contracts, for the past year and part of the reason is due to them not wanting anyone to find out how dire merch sales have been for a while. They also don't want the situation where if they grant Kross' release due to these issues, they would have to grant the same to everyone else who ask since it would confirm the contracts are legally voided.
