* Nintendo announced the Switch will be able to support up to 2TB for external storage devices when those get released at a later date post-launch. In terms of launch, highest that can be supported is 512GB mainly due to 1TB cards not existing at the moment.

*Nintendo also announced both Miiverse and StreetPass won't be carried over to the Switch. In regards to Miiverse, Nintendo will be supporting other social media services instead and in regards to StreetPass, its mainly due to them not considering the device as an actual handheld and how the 3DS StreetPass worked.
