Yeah, the blue threw me too. Don't get why he wouldn't go red and black since he said he was going "full Alucard". Maybe they were afraid it wouldn't show up well with the lighting and opted for the royal blue "Royal Cloak" look.

Then again, it may have been simpler to ditch the blonde dye, tie a headband, and commit to the Richter look... and also use a whip on that throne instead of a sledgehammer. Still would have gotten the point across with the throne being all skull'd and iron cross'd like it was.
