Harbaugh burning up that "lack of Urban Meyer at Ohio State" buffer pretty quickly.

On the flip side of that game, Wisconsin goes through cycles of sucking just enough to fly under the radar when they're packing heat. They go from powerhouse to mediocre and back. Looks like they're on the upswing again.
