Mix of both. Wall Street over-valued their stocks to begin with and WWE doing nothing to really fix their woes. Probably going to be like this till the new tv deals kick in and levels off to WWE's real value.

Same happened last time with the debut of the Network. Their stocks shot up in price more than it should have been and then investors started to bail when they realized all those promises were hollow. Several months later, they lost almost all of the bump the Network's launch gave them and leveled off at a value slightly higher than pre-Network.
