I'm too lazy to look it up but if the shirt only comes in black, then its a valid point that the design was in poor taste, but probably unintentional. If the shirt is available in different colors, then I dont think he has much of a point as it wasnt specifically designed on a black background.

And honestly, it's not like WWE has any track records of bad taste decisions with black wrestlers...
