6) Update to Vivendi attempted takeover of Ubisoft ownership news as Vivendi has recently purchased more ownership shares of Ubisoft to bring their total at 25.15%. They are now under 5% away from triggering a French law which would require Ubisoft to allow Vivendi a one-time chance at purchasing majority ownership of the company.
