1) For those interested, The Good Life recently managed to hit its Kickstarer goal of $619,000. The game is currently being developed by Swery (Deadly Premonition, D4) and was the second crowd funding attempt for the project.

2) According to reports, the FTC has recently ruled console manufactures are currently violating their warranty rules and must tweak the terms or else face legal action against them. The issue revolves around the "void if removed" stickers on devices which have been ruled illegal if the manufacturer offers their own repair services for it.
