4) According to a report from Kotaku, an attempted theft was rumored to have occurred during last week's E3 involving a couple of people trying to steal Nintendo's E3 demo for Legend of Zelda: Breath of the Wild. Apparently they came very close to stealing the demo but copied the wrong files during the hacking attempt.

6) Update to Vivendi's attempted ownership takeover of Ubisoft news as Vivendi managed to increase their minority ownership of Ubisoft to around 20.1% recently. According to French laws, once Vivendi gets to 30%, they will be required to make an official offer to become the new majority owner.
