Yeah although they rarely took advantage of that particular situation in meaningful ways outside of a tour or two per year in the UK for a while. Especially when they started to shift their international focus more towards India.
TV-wise, they've suffered a similar situation of network hopping in recent years although not as dire as their US network problems.
