Add in Baron Corbin from tonight's Smackdown to make it 8 guys announced so far for the Rumble match.

Both prosecution and Snuka's defense attorney, Robert Kirwan had pushed for a dismissal last August. Banach put that ruling off until today's hearing, waiting to see if Snuka's mental state improved or whether new evidence would be found that would cause her to rule Snuka was fit for trial. Neither happened and during an appearance via Facetime during a hearing last month, Snuka stated he did not remember ever speaking previously with Judge Banach.

The report was that after a show Friday night, there was an altercation where the two brothers got into a fight and beat a guy up so badly he was hospitalized. Police were called and took them to the station where Alberto and Guillermo got into a fight with each other. Alberto knocked out his brother, who was also taken to the hospital. It took ten officers to separate them and they put Alberto in zip ties, which he broke out of. They finally subdued him by putting shackles to cuff his feet.

The story stated there was blood splattered on the walls of the police station and some furniture at the station was destroyed. The police confirmed the story, but would not release specific names, but stated the Krone article was greatly exaggerated.

Good news for the WWE considering how big the NY market is in terms of tv and for the company. Their potential pool for viewers would have shrunk by around 16 million if it had happened.

The story started, based on my research, out of a Tweet Alberto El Patron sent out yesterday claiming he was pregnant, which led to Paige responding that he was her "seahorse" (as male seahorses carry babies, which by the way, the fact I am even writing about male seahorses being pregnant on a pro wrestling news site is completely ridiculous).

Somehow along the way, people who lack any sort of reading comprehension have turned the story into one that claims Paige is pregnant. That is not the case. What is the case is what was meant to be a silly comment on social media is now being used as the basis for a story on someone's medical condition, which really isn't fair, no matter who the subject is.

So, to conclude - Paige, not pregnant. Alberto El Patron, not pregnant. Male seahorses can get pregnant. Carry on.
