Sony circling Leyou Technologies Holdings Ltd. for a possible acquisition. Two other Chinese video game developers are also in the mix.

Noted developers under Leyou are Digital Extremes (Warframe), and Splash Damage. Splash Damage is the big prize since they've been cozy with Microsoft for a while now.
