The only lasting memorable moments of Titus prior to this have also been botches so I don't think it's really going to do him any damage or lower his stock.
They even tried to give him the record of fastest royal rumble elimination one time but he botched it and got stuck on the top rope. That's the epitome of Titus "Make it a win" O'Neil.
