American Beauty. Was fucking amazing. Really lived up to the hype I'd built into it. Had never seen this movie but have heard so much about it since it came out 13 years ago! Had a really gripping story and lots of interesting characters. Pretty sad about Lester being killed at the end, but overall great movie with lots of different, powerful messages.
