Crowds can chant for whoever the fuck they want to chant for. I don't mind Rusev Day chants breaking out in random matches not involving Rusev. At least Rusev is an active competitor. Chanting for him could at least theoretically make WWE realize they are morons for not pushing him to the goddamn moon.

Chanting for a beach ball is just the crowd trying to get itself over.
