WWE granted Myles release from the company.

He pretty much forced WWE's hand by using the same loophole WWE exploits with their talent to get around certain labor laws.

He called WWE's bluff of talent being "independent contractors" and not employees and put the company in a lose-lose situation with the only way out being to release him.
