Feel like those weaknesses could be overcome by him having a good creative right hand man keeping him on the straight and narrow. Weird that his ego is telling him to do it all himself when he doesn't have a clue.
Because right now it seems like they're surviving on having some excellent matches and not much else. Again, this is from a guy who just tracks the results and watches some standout stuff so maybe I'm off base.
