The Cartwright lawsuit is barely anything like the Kyros lawsuit since what doomed that concussion lawsuit was it being way too ambiguous with the claims being made against WWE and Kyros having a history of filing frivolous lawsuits and acting very unprofessional on the job.

The reason WWE is the shakiest is due to them being a lot tougher challenger to prove against since the basis of her claims of them being complacent in Riddle's sexual abuse revolves around the weakest and easiest part of her lawsuit to take apart on WWE's end. Even if an amended lawsuit fixes and/or strengthens the EVOLVE connection, still going to be tough to beat WWE's legal machine. The dates in question are the easiest to resolve in an amended lawsuit since they are only off by a bit.

Had Riddle not filed a civil lawsuit against her, I doubt she would have even filed this one against Riddle and others. Riddle's prior legal case involving the restraining order against her got torn to pieces by her lawyer and the general feeling was had Riddle gone to court over it, he was going to lose badly.
