Thanks. It was a bad month. Did some work outs but not nearly enough. Gonna kick it into high gear. The new goal is June 3rd my goal by then is 400 Push Ups and 40+ Pull ups.

Also trying to give up alcohol and cigarettes.

Made it the weekend without alcohol and day 1 no cigs.

Recorded a video coming out soon but had some problem with the camera it quit recording after 14 minutes. So gonna have to see if that's gonna keep being a problem or not.
