I understand that but it manifests in a way that is essentially just him making a porno of sorts... it relies heavily on imagery and comes across as very shallow, there are a million conflicts that have potential but they're half assed and don't get resolved in any meaningful way, the only character who changes at all is the main kid but he hardly even does anything, he just has things happen to him.
