I gained a lot of respect for Cena during his feud with The Rock. Cena was getting the better of The Rock verbally in my opinion. What people often forget about Cena is that the WWE tailored his gimmick towards the under 12 demographic. So yeah - we may have thought Cena's gimmick was lame post 2005, and Cena himself may have not been a fan, but the kids ate that shit up and Cena kept the WWE afloat. Cena has a valid claim in being considered the GOAT.
