This is exactly why WWE is so bad, is there nobody in that writing room that asked "why are we having a draft if most people are going to stay on the same show"?

Or "why wouldn't Raw also want Big E if they are drafting New Day"?

Just go back to the fucking tumblers with the draft picks being "random". Yes they aren't really random, but at least it gives them a logical out as to why only Otis got drafted to Smackdown and not Tucker.
