You would've never been able to have defeated Dagoth Ur and saved Vvardenfell to become the Cheesevarine in that amount of time. Therefore, it's a good thing you didn't bark up that tree or you likely would've had to just kill poor Caius Cosades at his Balmora house and severed the thread of prophecy and doomed all of Vvardenfell long before the Red Mountain erupted.
