The ONE MMA show after Dynamite was pretty entertaining and something I'm going to stick with for watching after Dynamite for the time being.

This Rodtang guy was a beast in the main event. Basically was playing with his food for Round 1 and then almost utterly destroyed his opponent in Round 2. The other guy was gushing blood as if he was pulling a Britt Baker from a few weeks ago.
