2) Nintendo is currently suing mobile developer Colopl for around $40 million over claims of patent infringement in regards to joystick support for a game called Shiro Neko Project by the studio.

3) According to reports, Twitch has recently signed a deal with Activision Blizzard to become the exclusive online broadcaster for Overwatch League eSports matches. The deal gives Twitch exclusive rights for two seasons and in return Activision gets $90 million.
