Rockstar is opening it up to certain players each day starting tomorrow. So, you'll get access one of the following days:

Tuesday November 27th: Players who own the Ultimate Edition of RDR2.

Wednesday November 28th: All players (according to Rockstar's data) who played RDR2 on launch day (October 26th).

Thursday November 29th: All players (according to Rockstar's data) who played RDR2 from launch day to October 29th.

Friday November 30th: All players have access.
