Yeah Jericho makes the most sense as the first champ between him and Page.

Had AEW's weekly tv show started a lot sooner, they might have had enough time to build up Page into a credible top star and as a worthy choice for inaugural champion. Without that weekly television exposure, Page hasn't been able to build up his star power to the level of someone like Jericho or The Elite's big name stars.
