So, I'm actually watching Smackdown right now. I'm about halfway into the Orton/Bryan match, and something dawns on me: given the penchant for guys like him and Punk to kinda take a piss with the IWC/do things to amuse themselves (like with that UFC spot in their one match), it seems to me that Bryan has actually somewhat co-opted the "snap and become a submission machine" joke- only in reverse.

He's a submission machine that's snapped. With that in mind, I enjoy his character that much more right now.
The mood lighting was always dumb. It was done to make Sin Cara stand out more, I guess, but it just came off as clunky, overproduced and unnecessary.
