He’s an insanely good performer regardless of how you feel about the gimmicks. AEW would be smart to find a good spot for him.

It’s ridiculous that WWE booked him against The Undertaker at WrestleMania and had Taker just basically squash him while also scaring the shit out of him. If you didn’t know better you’d have thought Taker was the up-and-comer they were trying to get over.

Taker still beating Bray but having Bray get locked in Hell’s Gate for a bit before laughing maniacally and yelling something creepy like “I’ll see you in hell, dead man.” and then passing out as Taker breaks the hold and looks down as his arm is raised like “... What the fuck is wrong with this guy?” immediately boosts Bray to another level while also keeping Taker looking strong for Brock. (So that he could get his streak loss back and use a 20+ year angle for some 50/50 booking bullshit!)

Instead “Old over guy win match, younger guy lose match. Booking done.”

Fuuuuuuuuuuuuck this company.
