I don't like to often go against the victims, but the Riddle acquisition is a different situation.

I am sorry, even if it happened like she said, they continued to have a consensual relationship by all accounts well past that day. Just because dude ended the affair doesn't mean previous consensual acts are suddenly sexual assualt.
It's the same thing Chris Hardwick's ex tried, and AMC cleared him fairly quickly. Even if the act is degrading, if you are a willing participant you can't change your mind years after the fact.
I'm all for holding people accountable, but something being ok enough enough to do at the time, again her words, she choose to do one sexual act instead of another, should not be able to change after the fact cause dude wouldn't leave his wife for her.
